Steven Universe...I like it?!

I had seen commercials for it on Cartoon Network, but I had assumed it was going to be yet another boring, gross comedy show with no substance. I mean, some of CN's new shows have been awful. Uncle Grandpa? The Amazing World of Gumball? Seriously? What happened to the good old days?! But everyone I knew kept talking about Steven Universe. Even one of my favorite reviewers, The Cartoon Hero, was exalting it. Curious, I decided to check it out...and wow! I'm hooked!
